PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed automatically and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. To ensure fast and highly reliable delivery across Canada, our orders are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partner, the Amazon Fulfillment Network.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We offer a Progressive Shipping Discount — the more you buy, the less you pay for shipping!

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):

  • Orders $55.00 CAD and over: FREE

  • Orders under $55.00 CAD: Dynamic rates ranging from $3.00 to $10.00 CAD. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your total order amount.

TRACKING Once your order is packed and leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

DELAYS & MISSING PACKAGES While our fulfillment network is highly efficient, InfiCare is not responsible for rare shipping delays caused by carriers or severe weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us at hello@myinficare.com, and we will help investigate.
